Fee Refunds Statement
Cleveland College of Art & Design does not refund tuition fees for short courses and master classes other than in exceptional circumstances.
Withdrawal
In cases where a learner can demonstrate that their decision to withdraw has resulted from the failure of the College to deliver what could have been reasonably expected, then a refund or credit will be granted by the Vice Principal – Finance.
In cases where withdrawal is as a result of exceptional personal circumstances, an application for a refund or may be made in writing to the Vice Principal – Finance.
Course Cancellation
Where a course is cancelled by Cleveland College of Art & Design, a full refund will automatically be made to all students affected.
